Other than peeling and eating them - and orange juice, what can I do with them?

I have used orange juice for black beans before using a variation of this...
Spicy Citrusy Black Beans
Im sure fresh squeezed would be even better.

I make the best old fashioned you'll ever drink and I don't have a muddler. Just use a spoon.

Impossible. My grandfather made the best old fashions, and he was a muddler.
His father was a muddler.
His father's father was a muddler.
See where this is going?

Duck a l'orange is a French and eventually worldwide dish.

interesting fact: You can hit someone with a sack of oranges, or oranges in general, and it wont leave a bruise.
people at work were discussing this the other day. I had never heard that in my life. Not that I plan on hitting someone with oranges or anything. But you may..
