So do you actually eat bone marrow?

Reading Moonraker today and they were eating it at The Blades. Ugh.

Do you like steak? Do you like butter? If yes to both, you're in heaven with this dish.

Yeah, every time I make a chicken stock for a gumbo I end up eating marrow which is what makes it taste good in my mouth.

Pappa's steakhouse in houston serves it up to top their steaks if you want it. Their filet with marrow is the best thing i've ever eaten besides boiled crawfish.

re: So do you actually eat bone marrow?
I've only eaten it once. At Besh Steakhouse and they served it in the bone. I didn't care for it. Would try it again somewhere else.
