Sit down eats around the Dome

Bringing a customer to the game Monday night and was hoping to find a decent, sit down place to eat. Staying at The Doubletree. Anything within walking distance or a short cab ride. I would prefer somewhere I can make reservations. TIA

Be careful. Lester may call you a fool for going out to eat for a specific event.

Borgne if you want to eat and walk to the dome.
There are a number of restaurants nearby your hotel if you wanted to walk from there.

I'd say Horinoya, but they're closed on Mondays.

Just an FYI, if you are in half arse shape you can walk from the Dome to anywhere in the quarter or downtown. We do it often. I would park in one location and walk/uber everywhere else. On gameday downtown you will be better off walking esp on a Monday afternoon.

OP may not mind walking but I sure as hell wouldn't expect any of my customers to.
ETA: Marcello's Restaurant & Wine Bar isn't too far if you're up for a good bottle.

You expect a customer/guest to walk a couple of miles in 90 degree heat and then go sit through a football game? WTH?

Stayed at the Hyatt for a wedding this past weekend.
Ate at Borgne the next afternoon right before checking out. Would eat again.
