Horrible service and people were waiting at least an hour for food because they were 'busy'

It legitimately wasn't good. I've been twice and my wife once. Everyone we went with had the same impression. Just my thoughts, don't mind me

Been once. I thought it was good. Service was a little slow, but not a real deal breaker.

The original in Abbeville is very good but sucks here. Just like Pats is good in Henderson but was awful here

Went once, it was like going to Dempsey's, and paying twice as much for it.

All I've ever eaten at Shucks were the oysters. A buddy of mine said the fried foods were pretty good. So I guess the Dempsey's reference is about right.
