shrimp boil recipe cooking instructions

Separate pots, shrimp, and other stuff in another. Seasoning the same, but shrimp boil muy rapido, two minutes of boil followed by five minutes of soaking before the sink. Use the sink(filled with ice and water for two minutes)to chill the water rapidly giving them a "shock" of rapid cooling.

Add your seasoning, once water to boil, throw shrimp in. Once water returns to boil, turn off and soak. Boiled Shrimp! Add salt when soaking, not before.
