Speaking of fried bell peppers. I work at a restaraunt where we serve a vegetable platter. Zucchini, mushrooms, artichoke, broccoli, cauliflower. And bell peppers. All deep fried. I don't see the appeal of it but people order the shite out of it.

I find whatever they are passing off as "trout" has not been good at all for some time.
Oysters, Shrimp, and Soft Shell Crab, of course, are always on point. I'll stick to ordering any of those three individually.
