I just wanted to give everyone a heads up. The boudin festival starts tonight. If you are coming to town just to get boudin and cracklings, I suggest you go to best stop. Billy's and Don's parking lots will be a mess. Traffic is already a mess.

And on a side note...if you want to avoid that huge mess, Parks, La will be having their Crackling' Cookoff Festival. Fun one to attend and the music lineup will be just as entertaining.
