Just opened and tried it out for lunch. Came away impressed. It seems like a focus on quality.

Burger is good and a thicker style than I have seen for any fast food place.

Fries were some of the best I've had anywhere. Thin cut in house with skin on.

Highlight was the milk shake. They make them using liquid nitrogen right at the counter. Looks pretty cool like some sort of mad scientist machine with all of the billowing gas. I got a Nutella marshmallow one which was money but they have a ton of flavors.

Will def go back.

Had it yesterday as well. I was thoroughly impressed.

Blew 5 guys out of the water.

Fresh meat cooked medium. Fries like OP said were fantastic.

Didn't have shake but looked cool.

I liked the fries a lot. I would put them on par with some of the best in the city, perhaps just a step below. They were almost as good as the fires at LUKE.

Burger was really good but I can't place it in a category. Better than anything I have had at a fast food joint (I liked it better than 5 Guys but different style). Not as good as your top sit down burger joints in the city.

The shake is like what I would expect at a high end ice cream parlor. It is really cool. Below is a video I took of the machine for anyone who wants to check it out.

Thats a lot of money and effort to make a milkshake. Someone wake me when every new restaurant doesn't have to be a burger concept.

Pricing was like 5-6 bucks for the burger and another 3 to make it a combo.

Shake was more expensive around 4.50.

Cheaper than 5 Guys but more expensive than McDonalds, Wendy's etc.

Paid $9.99 for a cheeseburger combo with large fries and drink.

On Vets in Metry right by Cleary.

Pretty busy for a first day.

I think they may have something.

I'll second your review. This place is legit. Their nitrogen milkshakes are great

Their equipment was very expensive. Also, the nitrogen liquid + nitrogen tank rental is a pretty high cost. Nevertheless, the N2 makes a better milkshake because it freezes the cream much faster than mechanical freezers, thus yielding smaller ice crystals and a much smoother/creamier shake.

Shake and fries were good

I thought the burger was just ok. Kinda like crumbly and a little greasy.

No, my line of work deal with liquid nitrogen and I have customers who use it for this very purpose.
