Different thoughts for that scenario that would allow for minimal effort and could take n serve nicely:

Charcuterie plates from city pork.

Small tacos from rum house with all the fixings and small tortillas. Maybe crock pot a good meat/spice with it.

Pick up sushi rice from a sushi restaurant where you like the rice and some red snapper/tuna from whole foods or somewhere that has fresh not frozen. Wasabi root and slice fresh sushi. Easy/clean prep. Grab some eel sauce and spicy mayo if the crowd likes that.

Crab n brie soup from mansurs in bulk.

Canolis from Ginos.

Crab Mornay dip from cap city grill

Jambo did my wedding reception of 50 people a few months ago
The bacon wrapped chicken is awesome and I still have dreams about that jambalaya...
