Why is it awesome?? We have a Sam's and Costco and you already hate both of those.

They were talking about going to BR when I worked there 5-6 years ago.

Yes, but it doesn't have to be a restaurant.

I love it. I stop at the NOLA location often.

It is very useful for certain things: I buy bulk yeast (1 lb/$3.50), baking supplies like paper liners, commercial sheet pans, and parchment, in addition to the usual perishables.

Agreed. The only thing I really buy there is bulk dried peppers for harrisa and chili.

I enjoy their seafood selections. JasonL did a pretty good job when he was there. Crawfish for most consumers was usually competitively priced.

Yep I joined KCBS just to get in our Restaurant Depot. Bone in pork butt here is about 1.29/lb. They also have beef ribs at our location. We throw a Xmas party for the wifes office every year and always go to our RD. Also Plugria butter here is like 3.50/lb.

You just proved that it's pointless for the average citizen unless you are fat and own a restaurant

I have an appliance company and shop there. All you need is a business certificate. Anyone can get one of those. Just start a owner operator business from home.
