I made Vita Greco's Red Gravy with meatballs over the weekend. Pics aren't pretty, but here they are for those who like pics. It's a good recipe. I made more meatballs than called for because there's a lot of sauce in this one. I put more ground meat than called for. Used a lot of pork necks, but no lamb shank.
