Wife and I have reservations there this Thursday night. What are some of your favorites from there, or must try's? Maybe nothing too crazy.

Pig face hash with the fried egg.

It's pretty much the best thing ever.

That's a negative unless you grew up in Wisconsin or Omaha

Girl and goat has seriously declined in last two years and is living on old rep and people who feel like they have to like it

Purple pig is hitting its stride now and the worst thing at purple pig is better than the best thing at goat

The menu rotates (there are some mainstays, of course), though infrequently. Was there last week, myself, and here was our group's lineup:

- Sauteed Green Beans
- Roasted Cauliflower
- Wood Grilled Broccoli

- Pan Roasted Halibut
- Soft Shell 'Chili Crab'
- Grilled Baby Octopus

- Roasted Pig Face
- Pork Shank

- Olive You

- Goat Empanadas
- Goat Shank

** We had a group of six, so I would avoid going with this many dishes. For two people, they'll probably recommend between four and six dishes.

Even if you are a troll, I have to agree. I did not enjoy my meal there at all

I don't even recall anymore, it was about 2 years ago. I also hated my meal at Gibson's steak house, so maybe I'm just not meant to eat in Chicago. Although we did eat at a really good Italian place that I would recommend to try, I'll have to find the name

Eta: the Italian place was Rosal's
