Don't forget that if you're grilling, you can break off a sprig or two and use them for basting your entree. And the sprigs then drop through the grate into the fire, that's not bad either
GG, what is your opinion of infused olive oil. I've read some stuff that it's easy to do at home. Other stuff said it's dangerous for bacteria. I use a lot of olive oil and I've got a lot of rosemary and other ingredients.
