Looks like you've already started doing something. Might as well just give it a quick sear.

We just seared some tonight with salt & pepper in a little olive oil. I could eat it plain like that, but my husband likes a little sauce so I made some like this:

Sauté minced garlic and fresh ginger in some olive oil for a minute, Add some orange juice, soy sauce, and honey and simmer until slightly reduced and thick (almost like syrup). Add some chopped green onions.

would've kept it on ice till you decided what to do with it ...

if it were me, i'd do what some friends and i did a few months ago when they were given 3 tuna loins after a friend went fishing ... they froze 2 ... we took the other one and sliced sushi pieces off it and had a couple of expensive bottles of champagne with the sushi ... seared a few pieces and had some veggies with it ...

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, lime juice- maybe some fresh jalapeño in there for spice

Marinade and sear- serve with guac and fresh pico.

Or same marinade, but serve with a creamy slaw in a soft taco shell. I made some slaw with sour cream, chili powder, salt, and maybe a pinch of sugar

It was a joke because someone suggested it the other day.

And now I see it must have been the guy above this post.
