I don't mind using the stove briefly. Just not using the oven or stove for hours.

Salad for sure. I don't have quite the appetite in hot weather and I eat a lot of salads this time of year. Buy a pre-cooked smoked or rotisserie chicken and add chunks of meat to your veggies.

One day, I'll get one of those sandwich trays with the little sandwiches that have white bread and no crust. Grab a half gallon of whole milk, then go home get nasty.

Set the thermostat on 65f and take a nap.

Get a pressure cooker, can make anything quick and it wont heat up the house. Done and done.

Can't believe that no one said to use a grill. You can make virtually anything on those. Yesterday I made a deep dish homemade taco pizza in a cast iron pan on my Weber.
