Bus take that damn black pad off!

bus, think I saw you in one shell Elmwood the other morning early deadlifting.
BR, I'm not saying this to be funny. I'm being serious. if you try overhead, do it with a foam roller or a broom handle or a very light curl bar the fist few times. It is much harder than it looks. Even an unloaded Olympic bar may be too much.

I'm gonna try it with the bar.
