Down another little bit as of yesterday. Today was a little up, but I had a heavy dinner, so I don't expect that to last. I need to take my measurements around my chest, stomach, thighs and calves. I know my stomach has shrunk more than the 8 lbs that I've lost, but I don't know how many inches I've lost. Clothes are definitely fitting better, though.
Starting Week 4 of Insanity!
