Well yesterday was my first day. Here's what I had:
Lunch
7.6 oz Cooked Chicken Breast (seasoned with onions and garlic that were sauteed in pan) - 350 Cal
1 cups Spring Mix Spinach - 10 Cal

Snack
Ostrim Beef&Ostrich stick - 80 Cal
2 Scoop Protein Powder - 260 Cal

Dinner
5.5 oz Raw Sashimi Tuna - 170 Cal
1 cup Spring Mix Spinach - 10 Cal

Totals - 880 Cal 169 g Protein

I couldn't really plan my day yesterday. Went a little over on Cal and a little under on Protein.

Today so far:
Pre workout
1/2 scoop Protein Powder - 65 Cal
Post workout
1/2 scoop Protein Powder - 65 Cal

Lunch
2 Cans Starkist Tuna in Water - 200 Cal
2 Cups Spring Mix - 20 Cal
4 oz (estimated) Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt - 70 Cal

Total - 420 Cal 78 g Protein

I need to find big sources of protein with minimal Cals. I want to stay close to the 800 Cal range and 200+ protein.

I also worked out yesterday morning and this morning as normal. 2 body parts yesterday, 1 today. PSMF is suggested to be done with whole body workouts and only 3 times/week. I may take Friday off and do that next week. Or keep doing what I do. Idk yet.
For dinner tonight, if things go right I think it'll be seared tuna over Spring Mix. I'll need to do the math to see how much.

Vacation was great! SF is now one of my favorite cities. The entire bay area is beautiful. Napa was a lot of fun, too. Very relaxing. NOLA was good, as always. Got to visit with some family and even catch a Saints game while in town.

I did watch to a certain extent. If I knew we were going to a nice/heavy dinner, I'd eat a little lighter for lunch. Can't say I had the same restraint when it came to drinking though

Haha. In those 3 area's I don't think you can have any restraint really.

186/168.4/8 days
Got hungry a little yesterday afternoon but wasn't too too bad. We'll see how today goes.
Not working out this morning. Maybe light cardio this evening. Taking Lyle's advice of full body workout 3-4 times over the next 8 days.

As long as you don't answer the call of the trough all day long you're alright.

335/310.4/275 to start.

Scale started to freak me out. At first it said I gained a half pound since yesterday. Took two more readings with both at 310.4 so I calmed down. Didn't change my routine or diet. The fiancée and I are traveling this weekend to Florida. Saturday is my cheat day but I'm sure it'll pour over into Sunday

May hold back on Saturday just a bit.

313/272.1/210

Scale finally decided to move again, so that's nice. down about 1.5 pounds since Monday's weigh in. This week I've been drinking a lot more water. It's a chore for me to drink as much water as I'm supposed to. I'm so used to only drinking when I get thirsty that I can drink 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning when I get to work and never drink anything again until I get home. Obviously that isn't helping me, so I'm really trying to focus on my water intake and making sure I'm keeping myself nice and hydrated.

4 days until my next weigh in, and I'm really hoping to see 269.9 or lower when it gets here

Dont let it. Your weight can fluctuate several pounds over the course of a day.

Yeah, just I always weigh myself at the same time very morning and that's the weight I record for the results I'm aiming for.

Also try quest bars. Most are under 200 calories and all the fiber in them will help keep you full.

280 / 180 / 175

First day back after vacation and managed to do some good. Guess I was carrying a bit of water weight if I managed to drop 3 lbs in a day. Suppose the softball league championship double-header last night helped a bit since I couldn't fit in a run or the gym.
