Also for those of you curious. I've been doing 18/6 IF pretty regularly for the past 3 weeks I believe. I love it. For sure helped me lean out more. I try to follow it on the weekends as well as best I can. Muscle size and strength are up. Body fat is down. I look and feel great!
If you are in a pretty regular diet/workout routine and looking to change things up I would definitely recommend trying this.
