Nope. I'm going to see an uptick tomorrow probably. I really wanted to go to calandro's and pick up some new beer to try for some small celebration of hitting my goal, but I forgot it's Easter so they're closed .. debating on whether or not to go get something decent from leblanc's or wal mart if leblanc's is closed.. I have a buddy who is majoring in Kinesiology, 4.0 GPA, got accepted to the Pennington research center.. dude's brilliant. Anyway, I ordered a heart rate monitor and when that comes in he's going to put me through the ringer in a 'field day', find out how my body works when I'm exercising, and develop an exercise plan that should help me get healthier even faster. I'm excited for it.

Eta

Officially fit in a pair of 38 jeans. Regular straight fit too, not relaxed crap. First time I've ever been under a 40 since middle school probably.

Took a bit longer to pull away from the trough. I was going to wait until this week to make some cornbread yet somehow a skillet of cornbread appeared Saturday.

Had a good Sunday but I have an insane amount of sodium to flush out after 3 days of heavily processes food.

4 meals in a row at 2000+ cals. 2 of them over 3000. Most I've been in 18 months.
Family wedding this week and a house full of Easter candy.

I had a huuuuuuge blowout yesterday. Probably, between eating and drinking beer, consumed 5000+ calories.

Lol what the heck happened to everyone in this thread? All of us did crappy this weekend. That makes me feel a bit better.

Four pound gain from the previous day. I didn't eat that much... I'm guessing it's water weight. I need to be back in the saddle today but honestly I'm not feeling it. I think one more day of grazing in the wilderness is in order.

I love following this thread.

Good job to each and every one of you (us) who are doing something that is very difficult.

Weight loss is long term so celebrating holidays is fine. As long as you stop once the holiday is over.

did so much damage before Easter even hit I had to sit on the sidelines yesterday.

bloated as heck but the waste factory seems to be on strike.

Hulk you've motivated me to get back down to under 200 since that is what I was when I met you at gym. I was fitting into size 30 jeans and now back to a 36.....

So yesterday I snacked badly but today it starts for me. Ordered me some new stuff from BB.com to get me started

Today they're having a 'tailgate' at work. Free burgers, hot dogs, chili cheese nachos, and cake. Everyone around me is eating this stuff. fml
