Welcome.

First day on the road, i had no breakfast or lunch but i did have an insanely tasty ribeye and caesar for dinner.

Calories probably werent too bad but dear lord, the salt. The horror, the horror.

Damn it sure was tasty.

I need to quit drinking and eating out
I still haven't started eating a lot of sweets/cokes but I've started drinking 3/4 days a week and we eat out twice a week.

I need to cut back and get back into the gym hardcore rather than this 5 hours a week crap I'm doing now. I use to do 2 hours a day, now I go 5 days a week for an hour.

Quite honestly there is no point in being in the gym for 2 hours a day. Overkill. I know it worked for you, but 1 hour a day 3-4 times a week is all you really need.. and yeah I need to cut out drinking too:/

I did an hour of lifting, 45 minutes of cardio, and 15 of abs...

It sped up the process

Walked my lab for 30 minutes this morning as my warm up, did some dead lift, rode the bike in my exercise room for 30.

Thinking about going back to Keto for a while.. I seem to be too lenient as of late, as if I've already reached my goal.

Current Competition Loss - 15.8

Contest Cheats - 0!

BREATHING ROOM! I jumped into first place in the contest this week and I am a solid 2.26% ahead. I doubt I am really that far ahead because I think the lady previously in first is a little bloated after a margarita festival last night.

The Top 5

I'm up a little after the steak feast last night but I'm not sure how accurate that weight is because I am using the scale in our Texas office. I won't know my real weight until I get back and weigh in Saturday morning.

I'm nervous with the lead. The cookie monster part of my brain might convince me to chow down tonight. Hopefully the restaurant has decent options. I did skip breakfast and lunch today.

Our Texas office is similar to the New Orleans office. We have a giant Valentines Day platter of cookies, brownies and other assorted evils.

Myth, I have to admit that your discipline after doing this for so long is incredibly impressive. Notice CAD is missing? And I can't seem to muster that discipline I once had. I try and fail..

Getting up to 206 lit a new fire under me. I just hope that once I hit my goals again, I do a better job maintaining.

Although the majority of that damage occurred when I had the 9 boxes of MREs in the house.
