18 miles @ a 9:00 minute pace completed. It was slow but I finished and didn't hit the wall, so ill take it. Next week, 20 miles.

Finally made it over the hump.

250 was my original goal but I decided a few months ago to make it an even 100 and shoot for 230. I haven't seen the 240s in over 10 years.
