Good job myth. I cannot wait for this class to be over. Next Monday is the final. I can finally start running with regularity again. (Plus not have the temptation of free cokes, candy, and doritos three nights a week.

Got a 3 mile run in this morning. First run in about 8 weeks . Felt great to get back out there. The down side of not running for 2 months is the 1:15/mile that I have to regain .

I'm in the same boat as you cm. (Well way way behind.) I have run one time in the last two months and that was last week and it was terrible. Felt like I did when I first started c25k. I think next week I'm going to reset to about week 3 and go from there.
