Actually, my original goal was 220. Then I dropped it to 200. Then I wanted to be under 200 so 185. Then 175. Then 165.
For shits and giggles I want to crack 159 but wanted to settle between 165 and 175.
At my low point, 2 ladies at my office asked me to stop because I looked sick and gaunt.
A doctor at my church told me I needed to gain 20 pounds.
I do want to drop about 10 pounds that I gained last month chowing down on MREs and I think a stationary bike is about the only way I will be able to long term get decent exercise. There just isn't enough daylight when I work from 6am to 6:15pm.
I'm never going to be a straight line same weight kind of person. I am always going to be peaks and valleys. Up down up down.
