Never been to blue oak, but I hear good things

I'm blessed to work and live by a couple of the better bbq spots in houston: Gatlin and corkscrew

Them sprouts are so damn good. Gonna have to pay a visit there again soon. Been too long.

I wanted to hit it up after work today, but I'm gonna sling some arrows instead.

That three meat plate and sprouts is where it's at.

I need to find flash fried brussels sprouts & BBQ in Baton Rouge. With pickles and everything else on that tray. I think I need to eat today. It can't be a good sign that I'm fantasizing about a meat plate at 6:28am.

But I was down another half lb this morning! 8 lbs since I restarted Vyvanse a week ago.

For real: I will eat more normally today. I need energy for tennis tonight.

Typical morning for me.

Damn vyvanse is putting in work eh? Thinking about trying to see if I can get a script again. I don't know how likely it'd be to get one. Doctors might think it's a red flag that I've been off it for nearly a year now.

I was off for a year, too. Well, off Adderall for a year. I haven't had Vyvanse in a couple. My ADD doc is super laid back & awesome. I told him I took some time off meds because I hated Adderall (the truth) & wanted to try non-pharmaceutical methods.

It really has been great to not have the constant brain fog. I still have to put in the effort to make good choices (both with diet and applying myself at work), but Vyvanse makes it so much easier. Like I have a rudder to steer myself back on course, vs drifting aimlessly, hoping the current works in my favor.

What symptoms do I need to get Vyvanse?

I am stuck at 269 again, but it's my own doing. I have not been as disciplined as I should be. I drank and ate too much during the LSU game last weekend (who didn't? That game sucked). I'm committing to 2 bourbons all game long, and planning a mealtime during the game rather than snacking. That all may get blown up, though, since we're halfass looking for tickets.

eta typo'd my weight

I haven't been to the gym since before the flood. Lame. I need to get back on track in that respect. Traffic has been too aggravating in the morning to think about going early.

Good one.
Haven't had that dish in over a decade.

That's a good one for a cheat meal.

Just get you some ephedrine and caffeine.

Coke works, too, I'm told. And is probably cheaper than Vyvanse.
