I started doing the reheated pizza in a skillet method a few years ago and a lot of times it comes out better than the pizza was originally. It's pretty different from heating pizza back up in the oven as far as texture goes.

All depends on the toppings. If it is a meat lovers type, especially with good sausage and pepperoni, I eat it cold. A supreme with peppers and mushrooms gets heated in the oven at 375 for about 6-8 minutes. If it is a cheese pizza, I give that to the kids.

Microwave it briefly first, then sear in the cast iron skillet.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put pizza on top. Bake for 6 minutes.

I usually sous vide my pizza to reheat
