Have you tried WalMart or Academy. Look there first then Caire Restaurant Supply.

yeah, I don't like tray washing either...but I don't like cold crawfish on a table, and I tried those things you linked and they got a little soggy after the first batch.
A really good disposable tray would be a great idea, but I don't know that you could sell enough of em to make a go of it.
To the OP, I saw the trays at our Sams in Alexandria as well.

you are supposed to throw it away and get a new one every time you fill it up....they aren't for reusing
some people use the styrofoam trays but I don't like them
