Not sure what route you're taking, but Mammy's Cupboard in Natchez is a great place; also, The Old Country Store in Lorman (closer to Natchez) has an awesome country buffet with what Alton Brown says is the world's best fried chicken...

Goldie's BBQ is bad arse. It is right off of I-20 on the East bound side. Most of the casinos will have some good restaurants too.

Rustys, Walnut Hills, Goldies, and Anchuca.
Casinos are generally over-rated!

The Beechwood on Clay Street. Cougars and good steaks.
