My family and I are trying to remember a pizza place we always picked up from as kids. We think it was between Essen and Siegen on Perkins. It closed down and it wasn't a big chain place. I think it was called Pepperoni's. Any help on what it could be?

Pepperonis was just past siegen on the left, a South American restaurant is there now, ambrosia started in same bldg I think

Had very good pizza and a killer buffet for like 3 or 4 bucks, based off of Pizza Hut style pizzas , also had a second location on staring lane just past the baskin Robbins before
Mayfair

I believe the owner was a former Pizza Hut employee. Saeed? Not sure if that was his name or not.

This is the one we used to go to. They had awesome jalapeno cheese bread!

Saeed was his name. His wife's name was Vida.

My parents actually bought their house when they moved and I was 13 or 14. After moving in, we found a very large bag of pot in the house, haha.

Something about them was very strange. Wouldn't surprise me if had run a "laundry" out of those pizza places.

There was also a Pepperoni's location on Monterrey Blvd accross from the Wallbanger/Spectrum.
Closed in the mid-90s. Good pizza and was a bike ride from my house. The jalapeño cheese bread was definitely legit!

I know there was a Johnny's Pizza on Monterrey Blvd a long long time ago but I don't know about the current Tramontes. I do remember it being a Pepperoni's Pizza though.

I haven't been in that area in ages, but it was at the entrance to that neighborhood across from Jefferson lakes.

Was one on Gardere, too, in early 80s. Right across from shite plant.

Used to ride my bike there all the time.

This was when Gardere was all college students and young families.
