So a friend orders from there, guy calls back and says they can't make the pizza BC they're out of dough. Another girl called in for pizza, ran out of pepperoni. 2 weeks before this I placed an order online, they call me back and they're out of sausage. I try the next week, they say it'll be 1 1/2 hour to deliver. I cancelled the entire order. Any other issues from pizza huts? One from central, other from Coursey in BR.

The lead to this story is "why the hell is anyone ordering from Pizza Hut?"

Seriously, it's the bottom of the bottom. Dominos, pizza inn, papa Murphy's, and papa johns are so much better

Hell, I'd rather a frozen pizza.

Lol damn you part owner of Pizza Hut? I mean it's not awful, but it's also not 1991. That's the last time I think I've had Pizza Hut

I'm amazed you got them to answer the phone in the first place.

I ordered with the app. Then they called about the sausage being out. The garlic parm chicken wings are almost as good as pluckers/wing stop. Cheesy bread is the best I've found as well.

Never had an issue with the one in Prairieville. I keep them in the rotation along with Roma and Domino's. Depends on what I am in the mood for.

Think about this the next time you order from there. If the management can't keep up with the business of keeping the requisite ingredients of what they sell on hand, how are they on things like sanitation and cleanliness?

I stopped for a quick lunch in either Miss or Alabama with a buddy at pizza hut. WORLD of difference between how they are run and the shite show here in Louisiana.

The pizza was fresh, tasty, good local friendly people working there, place was clean (old, but clean).

The labor pool in Baton Rouge for jobs like are 90% people that are virtually umemployable doing anything else. If you think that doesn't have a HUGE impact on the food and service you're receiving, you're kidding yourself.

Pizza Hut was not that bad until Pepsi bought them in the mid 1980s and started cutting corners along with the recipe. Pepsi also bought out Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken around the same and they went to shite as well.

I remember the last time I had Pizza Hut was when I was still at Lsu (early 2000's) and we ordered from the one on Nicholson I believe. We ordered it during the first quarter of a Saints game, it arrives mid-4th quarter, and we all got sick to boot.

Personal supreme in the Union circa 2002 was the GOAT.
Three of those, and a liter of cola, and you wouldn't have to eat or go to the bathroom for 24hrs.

Oh I have. My daughter loves their thin crust. The last 3 times I've ordered (through the app), the delivery time was over 2 hours.

The one time I got someone on the phone, they rudely said They only had one driver that night, and I'd get the pizza when I got it. Then they hung up.

I complained to corporate and they said the branch manager would personally contact me.

Never happened.

If I'm getting delivery, it'll be Papa John's from now on.
