Pizza dough

I generally make all of my pizzas from scratch. They always came out great and tasted like the Fluer (sp) on government street. I knew a waitress who worked there years ago and she told me what she saw when she watched the cooksmaking the sauce, dough, etc. I followed her directions and my homemade pizzas taste exactly like the pink place on government st. Well, a friend of mine told me to try PEPE's frozen dough that you ger from WalMart. I tried it yesterday and I'm hooked. I made the pizza in a square pan and it was great. I'm into healthy eating so I used turkey peperoni and reduced fat mozz. cheese. I love that pizza dough. You need to try it out.

How did you make the FDL pizza and sauce?
What's Pepe's dough like baked? Thin and crispy? Chewy? Thick? Pan?

Resurrecting this thread because I had a chance to try Pepe's Frozen Pizza Dough from Walmart. It's a quality product and I doubt you could distinguish it from a homemade dough.
I make my own dough in a large batch and freeze it in varying sized doughballs. This is pretty close to my dough but it's a lot more convenient.
Only problem is, Walmart remodeled their freezer section and now it's not there anymore. The 1 lb ball was $1.79 I think.
Thanks OP for the heads up on this product.
