You mean like Parish stating that they're "doing battle against boring, tasteless swill?"

If true, that's terrible.

There is a fine line between pride in a good product and arrogance.

There is a whole lot of really good beer out there. And more coming all the time.

As a brewer myself, hops are harvested all at once for the most part and are either processed into pellets or packaged as whole leafs. For GiTM to go from very hazy and juicy looking to crystal clear would be Parish: a) inconsistent filtering technique b) experimenting with different filtering c) using a fining agent d) small tweaks to the grain bill (ex: adding wheat flour for NEIPA haziness which is what was done to OV2.0)

Just wondering why they were tinkering with something that was working already.

I am honestly wondering the same. All experimenting should be done with OV in my opinion since Ghost was already great but who are we lol

Every Ghost release me and my cousin in San Fran do a Pliny/Ghost swap. I think after that brown ale looking swamp water posted in the OP, this will be the last swap for him

That's kinda my point. Why would he swap Pliny for a lesser beer that seems to be crawling towards being the same style? Before it had a discernible differnce from Pliny with the color and taste.

Its still a very small portion of the market.

9/10 american beers sold are domestics.
