PA-POOSE Zatarain bottle ID help

I found this PA-POOSE bottle while cleaning up around my fishing camp in south MS. I understand EA Zatarain produced Root Beer called PA-POOSE but this obviously isn't a soda bottle. I assume this is an early Zatarain hot sauce. Any idea of the age and exactly what was in it? Thanks for your time
