Anyone have any experience having someone come shuck oysters and chargrill? Looking for someone in the Pensacola area, not having any luck on the Google machine.

Pay for my beer, weed, room, food, and a round of golf, and I'll come shuck for y'all the entire time (except for 4 hours when I'm playing golf).

Light beer, two cigars, a couch, whatever oysters we don't eat, and municipal course.

Also, 4hrs? Quit holding up the course.

I think the use of rent here is pretty refreshing.

I'll match this deal and not even ask for golf.

Visit a couple of local oyster bars and talk to the shuckers.

As an alternative I shucked a dozen oysters per person hours before the meal. I put the shell/oyster on pans and stacked them in an ice chest.

Another time I shucked them the day before and stored the meat in bowl. I then got the metal tins that are shaped like a crab shell, put them on the grill and plopped the oyster in them.

I've actually already paid to have someone train a sack of East Coast oysters to swim to just off the coast. Tried for Northwest, but the Panama Canal proves to be a hurdle that can't be conquered.
