My 25 year old daughter is coming to visit for a week later this month from Nashville and I want to take her to somewhere different. Was thinking maybe driving to Pat's in Henderson maybe. Prejeans? Anything "unique" in Hammond? Not opposed to going down to New Orleans either. What you got?

Try the Little Big Cup in Arnaudville. It's not much more of a drive than Henderson and has very good food.

Cafe Josephine in Sunset.

Full disclosure, the service has been absolutely abysmal the last 2 times I went, so it's on a 4 month ban for me. Food is unreal though
