Fishing Thursday to Sunday, spending 14 hours a day in da boat.

Anyone have any crazy/delicious ideas for boat food besides cold fried chicken and turkey sammiches?

Lets keep it simple and assume there will be no heat source.

Some sort of salad ... chicken, tuna, macaroni, potato, etc. It'll keep fine on ice.

Get a party tray of finger sandwhiches from a deli or something (used to get a box from southern belle) they are great b/c they are already made and easy to handle with fishy hands

cold fried chicken

This is all we ever do, buy a 50 piece and put it in ziplocks in the ice chest.

It stays good for a few days til we come back in

Cold Pasta Salad(Use the one that is Italian Flavor in the box from store-quick cook and easy-add shrimp pre boiled from store as well) with Boiled shrimp mixed in. Cook ahead of time, ice down and enjoy! Nice and refreshing!!
