Tried Olivier's Monday night in NOLA...
SHAME ON ME.
Wife spills the water on me, and the waitress kinda gawks at my soaked shirt and tablecloth for about 5 minutes until the host comes and offers to change it. Whatever; it happens.
Then comes the food. The etouffee tasted like it was enriched with whatever water they purged the crawfish in, and the rice in my dish was undercooked (kinda like chewing Grapenuts).
I can't believe a place this bad could make it in New Orleans.
