Anyone know what's going in that building? I saw a "coming soon" sign on the highway but couldn't read it from afar.

I went to go there a couple of weeks ago and learned it was closed. Why did it shut down? Also I didn't see a sign for what was opening up.

it says Garcia's out front. I think its a Mexican restaurant that is the same as Cafe Garcia in Mandeville on Causeway Approach
