Oiless fryer

Oilless fryers anyone use one of theses things before? I got one for my honey do shower a few months ago and cooked a Boston butt on it over the weekend. Very easy and It turned out great. Just wondering of anything else u guys cook on this thing?

Mainly birds---Chickens, Ducks, Turkeys, cornish hens

I did a lamb leg once that came out great

My BIL did a couple pork tenderloins on one once. It was one of the recipes that came with it. I was surprised at how well it came out.

Use it for poultry mainly, aslways turns out great.

Yep, my Big Easy does a great job on pork and fowl.

Done many many butts and brisket................

Easy easy, always came out great, come to temp and done.

I hooked mine to a NG line. No propane
