Looking for the best Non-Stick pot and pan set to cook on gas stove. There are so many choices, so hard to decide which is the best. Dont mind spending decent money if getting a quality set. TIA

I wouldnt be opposed to a good porcelain cast enamel set. They just have so many to choose from.

A copper bottom non stick is the best I've used. Here's a list of some top rated non stick pans. LINK

Lodge makes some nice enameled cast iron for a decent price. Lodge Enamel Cast Iron
Or you can ball out and get the le Creuset if you've got the money for it. That or Staub. Both excellent products. But for the average consumer the lodge will do just fine and save you some coin.

This won't help with pots, but America's Test Kitchen did a test of non-stick pans a couple years back and came up with T-Fal as their winner. We bought a couple and have gotten great use out of them for a little over a year.
