They were giving out free beer for the Fourth of July so I'm willing to at least give them a shot when they open

Chachi's is the tits. My so is from kingwood and brought me to try this "Cajun" place and it was god aweful. I'm sure this will be similar.

These are always a let down, but I will no doubt give it a shot. Where is this exactly? Kingwood Drive? Is it between 59 and KCC?

Yeah it's on my side of kingwood off of W. Lake Houston.

Also if the previous poster who said another cajun place was "God awful" I hope he wasn't talking about Zacharys. I understand it isn't great but it's fine for what it is with great folks running the place.

Yeah it was Zackarys and I'm sure the owners are great people. When we went the food was mediocre and the bartender was about as nice as Satan.
