I went to Atchafalaya for a buddies birthday not too long ago, right off Tchoup. They have a back room that seats 8 (maybe more) and they have speakers. We we're able to control the music/volume and they we're totally fine with it. I would call and re verify that when asking for the back room though

We had a large group at coquette a couple weeks ago. They'll seat you upstairs.
We've also had larger groups at Restaurant R'evolution, Peche, Domenica and Delmonico's

Bump for update:
Went with Tujague's this past Saturday. Great experience. They put us 20 obnoxious assholes in a private room upstairs. Great service, good food. Would recommend.
And for whatever reason they comp'd the booze. And there was plenty of booze.
