What are some of the nicer steakhouses or seafood joints around the Gallaria area? We will be staying at the Houstonian. Thanks.

It's a taxi ride away, but Vic and Anthony's always delivers.

Trulucks is good seafood right there by the galleria.

Smith & Wollensky is right there to, but I've never eaten there.

Del Friscos & masraffs are both close and good.

1. Pappas Bros
2. Del Frisco
3. Smith and Wollensky

I'd go downtown to Vic and Anthony's, though.

Trulucks and Masraffs are good non-steak recs. I'd throw Caracol in as well.

Suggest an Uber or Taxi ride to Vic and Anthony's.

Get some cheesecake for dessert.

Pappas was just as good as Vic and Anthony's and the service was better in my experience.

I ate at Masraffs for the Wisky game, and it was great.

Skip your other plans and just go there.

This. No cab ride needed if you're already in the Galleria.
