Forgive the stupid question but I just want to get this cleared up...are Cochon and Cochon Butcher the same establishment or are they two separate entities that share the same block?

Two separate entities that share a common wall, same owners/chef, and a similar flavor profile. But different entrances, dining rooms, etc. Butcher is the casual little bro of Cochon.

Butcher is basically Cochon's butcher/sandwich shop.
