My SO is throwing a crawfish boil for my birthday in the next couple of weeks and all of my supplies are in Mecca. So I am wondering what places in NOLA have good pots, burners, etc.?
Also, in your experience what are some of the better products that you've used (cajun rocket pot, etc.)?
TIA

Academy, Home Depot, Lowes
The Bayou Classic pot i have gives me no issues, and same for the jet burner. King Cookers are good quality as well.

Do you guys prefer a single or double jet burner? I've been toying with the idea of getting a double jet burner, but have heard that it eats up propane and is really loud. I've always used a single in the past, but would be curious to know your thoughts
