I'm going to the one here in St Louis. Looking forward to it. I went to a Sour Symposium that had a couple of their people speaking at it and we got to blend our own La Folie from samples from 5 of their foeders. It was pretty awesome. Lauren Salazar was one of the speakers, she was fun to listen to.
