Just watched teh first two episodes of this series. Wow...quite amazing. The Barber guys is actually the true definition of what farm to table is supposed to be. Granted not everyone has his resources, but it was immense to see the effort and care he puts into the food in all facets.

Watched the Magnus Nilsson episode last night. Wow. Very impressive considering their location and lack of year round access to fresh produce. His using "retired dairy cow" beef was pretty ingenious too. Looks like it's going to be a great series.

episode 3 was kind of boring but it won't deter me from watching the others.

Started cooking dinner and began watching episode one. Can't stop watching, hands down some of the best food tv I've seen.
Apologies for the bump

This series is worth the bump. An extremely well done docu-series

I agree. I've been jumping around. But the Modena episode has me wanting to go back to Italy tomorrow.
If I keep drinking while watching. I'm libel to uproot the family and move us to Europe next week.

holy plot twist on episode 4
I just got done with that episode. My wife said she saw that coming but it definately struck me as a surprise.
I am not a "foodie", but I love good documentaries on most any subject/culture. This series is so interesting and they completely blew it out of the park with episode 1.
