Need seafood resturant recommendation

Staying at Courtyard Houston Downtown /Convention Center of Dallas street next weekend. Any recommendations for good seafood in that area? Not looking to break the bank, just looking for a good value. Maybe someplace where we could get some boiled shrimp.

I hear Reef is supposed to be good. It's only about a mile from that hotel.
We stayed at that Marriott and went to a party at Reef last Thursday night, but had just eaten a big dinner so I didn't have any food.
