Picked up a couple of packages of top sirloin steaks (1-1.5 inch thick steaks) at a really good price. Not sure what to do with them since I've never really bought that cut. Provide me with your best uses for this cut. Any good on the grill or too tough? Thinking maybe an au poivre preparation of some sort, but not sure if it would be like leather.

Thanks!

I've grilled them medium rare and they've been fine.

I grill them all the time, don't let it get past med rare though or it will be tough.

This is how to do them and as mentioned past this they will be very tough. Medium rare and they make a great steak. Let rest and cut across the grain. Just like a london broil which is another good one.
