If you like Sushi then there are a couple of good places

It's killing me that I can't think of the name of one of them right now

It seems like you're looking for casual in your rotation- so on that note in Covington consider:

Tap Room on Columbia
New Orleans Food and Spirits on Lee Lane
Cheesesteak Bistro on Columbia

Mac's on Boston (haven't been but heard good reports).

For a little higher end try

Gallaghers Grill
Lola (both Old Covington)
Nuvolaris (Old mandeville)

Kazuko off hwy 59 is the new #1.

Everyone on here unanimously agreed that Megumi was the #1 in the area, until I got a few to try Kazuko. The ones who tried agreed with me in saying it slightly edged Megumi. Both great places.

I think Bear's RB Poboy is the best I've ever had.

Absolute truth. Only applies to the Covington location.

Really good. Had it for the first time last week. Great spinach, artichoke, and chicken pizza.

Megumi
Keith Young's steakhouse
Cafe Lynn
Sake Cafe
Bosco's
Gallagher's

I didn't care for Bear's poboys. Found it to be really bland. But I only tried it once, so it might've been an off night.

RIP Juniper :(
